We didn’t get our nickname for no reason. We provide sizzling 10 oz steak and 12 oz steak options for the most discerning of diners, earning us the reputation as Michigan’s Original Sizzle since we opened the doors of our first location in 1960. We know not to mess with a good thing, so we’ve stayed pretty consistent with our values: good food, reasonable prices, and an emphasis on local community.

Times change, though, and we have expanded our menu over the last several decades to reflect the changing tastes and food preferences of the Grand Rapids community. Our loyal diners will recognize that, along with the Original Sizzle, we now offer a variety of gourmet renditions.

All our sizzling sirloin steaks are made with premium Angus beef and served with two signature sides. Plus, you get a side of our famous yeast rolls. You can order your steak rare, medium rare, medium, medium well, or well done—and they’re available in a variety of sizes.
